1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RealityPick — the website, apps and services that let you follow reality TV shows, read verified news, and stake RealityPick Coins on predictions, jackpots and instant games (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Play rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for games of this kind, that higher age applies.

You may not use the Service from a territory where prediction games of this kind are unlawful. We may use age and geography checks at registration and at withdrawal, and we may suspend accounts that fail them.

3. Your account

You may hold only one account. Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may require identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals or when required by law or our risk rules. Accounts created with false details, or operated on behalf of someone else, may be suspended and forfeited.

4. RealityPick Coins

Play uses RealityPick Coins ("RPC"), the in-app currency. Coins have no monetary value unless and until the platform expressly enables real-money features in your territory, in which case additional terms and verification apply.

Coins earned through bonuses, referrals or promotions may carry wagering or release conditions before they can be used or withdrawn. Promotional balances that are abused (for example through multi-accounting) may be voided.

If the platform performs a published conversion event (for example when switching to live mode), balances may be rescaled according to the announced, audited conversion rules.

5. Predictions, jackpots and games

Every market settles from a confirmed public result. Settlement decisions, including voiding a market whose result cannot be verified, are made by the platform and recorded in an audit trail; obvious errors are corrected and stakes refunded.

We may suspend or close any market, outcome or event at any time for risk or integrity reasons. Stakes on suspended markets remain locked until the market settles or is voided (voided stakes are refunded).

Jackpot pools are funded by entry fees (plus any rollover) minus the published commission; pool caps may apply. Instant games are provably fair — every round can be verified from its published seed commitment.

6. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods shown in the app, at the rates and fees displayed before you confirm. Withdrawals may require identity verification and are subject to review for fraud and money-laundering prevention.

We may set minimums, maximums and velocity limits on deposits and withdrawals, and may hold transactions for review where our risk rules require it.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: create multiple accounts or act in concert to abuse bonuses or referrals; use bots, scrapers or automation to play; exploit bugs (report them instead); launder money or stake on behalf of a third party; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may suspend, limit or close accounts involved in the above, void affected bets and bonuses, and withhold associated winnings, in each case recorded in our audit trail.

8. Responsible play

Predictions are entertainment, not a way to make money. Deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion are available at any time from the Responsible Play page. If play stops being fun, take a break or exclude yourself — self-exclusion is enforced across every product.

9. Content and intellectual property

RealityPick is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any broadcaster or production company. Show names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

The Service, including our software, design, editorial content and data, is our property or licensed to us. You may use it only to play on the Service.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the balance of your wallet at the time the claim arose.

11. Changes, suspension and closure

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app with at least 14 days’ notice where practicable; continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

You can close your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms, legal reasons, or extended inactivity, subject to paying out any withdrawable balance you are lawfully owed.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the territory stated at registration for your account. Disputes go first through our support process; unresolved disputes go to the courts of that territory unless mandatory law says otherwise.
